Can we adjust the percentage of users in a running experiment?

Anonymous: hi there! we used to be able to change the percentage of users an experiment was conducted on after starting the experiment but are now seeing an error when doing so. we use this pretty regularly to roll out our experiments to a small amount of users before we roll it out to all of our users. is this a new change and is there anyway around this? its definitely a blocker for us for our experiment roll out process
