Event activity measures how users engage with specific events on your platform. It helps you understand which actions users take and how often they interact with certain features.
Events can be classified as either active or inactive. Active events involve direct user interaction, like clicking a button or completing a form. Inactive events occur without user action, such as a system-generated notification.
To change an event's status, follow these steps:
Select the checkbox beside the event name.
Click the Edit Activity drop-down menu.
Choose the new status.
Changing an event's status affects historical data immediately. This change is retroactive, so past data will reflect the update.
Mark events as inactive if they don't involve user interaction, like automated notifications.
Accurate status helps in precise data analysis and improves insights. It ensures your metrics reflect true user engagement.
